Ads reveal too much

I'm glad we got to watch ads in class two weeks ago. I hope everyone noticed how ridiculous some ads are. I still don't think some guys in our class realize that there is something wrong with that AXE ad. I do understand that is what men want to see, but they just want to see it. They are not going to associate it with how well a product works. Now that I am living with my boyfriend I have talked to him about things like this and I notice more that men just want to see something that looks nice. This is for reporters, comercials and cheerleaders on the sidelines. I guess it's just weird to me they don't care as much about content as they do appearance.
